What do you Desire?

The goal of VITA™ Coaching is desire-based outcomes. We will work on what you deeply desire in and for your life.  Rather than giving advice or using tips and tricks, we focus on your desires and goals, determine what is in the way of those, and then supporting you through deep transformation to move through those blockages.

This specific coaching system focuses on using your vision of what you desire in life to propel you forward, rather than focusing predominantly on what is wrong or what is holding you back. 

In true Tantric fashion, we honor that desire brings YOU into deeper alignment with who YOU are. You will get powerful results and become more true to yourself in the process.

Love Leads the Way


The VITA™ Method provides a systematic way to meet EVERY part of ourselves with love. It can be really difficult, but when you do it over time you create neural networks of love. On this path, parts of you that are hidden, that haven’t been loved, will bubble up within you. Of course they wouldn’t do that if they thought they would be met with criticism. But when you come from love, they arise to be loved, healed, and integrated. 

Coming from a space of radical self love means meeting every experience, thought, sensation, and reality with love, but not trying to control or change it. Allow yourself to love it and allow the experience to have a flavor of love. When we work with the inner child, traumas, old programming, we meet it all with love, so that healing can take place. Love enables empowerment and transformation.

Body-Based Coaching

Real transformation happens through the body, not just the mind. By intentionally engaging the BodyMind—our integrated thinking, sensing, and intuiting—we can release the trauma and blockages that traditional talk therapy often misses.
