The session flow mirrors that of the online sessions, with the added support and healing frequency of energetic touch, massage therapy, or yoga instruction. As a licensed massage therapist, biodynamic craniosacral therapist, and yoga teacher, I integrate these modalities to meet your unique needs and support your overall well-being.
Please note: if we’re doing a somatic coaching session—such as working with the Inner Child or other deeper emotional aspects—the focus will remain on the coaching and embodiment process rather than on the massage component.Introductory Price -$150
