This powerful and effective method of coaching is also known as body-oriented coaching.

It is a holistic approach that emphasizes the mind-body connection and the role of bodily experiences in mental and emotional well-being. It views the body as a source of information about past experiences, emotions, and even unresolved trauma, and utilizes techniques to increase body awareness and promote healing.

As many individuals have also experienced trauma in their lives, the methodology incorporates and integrates trauma principles that gently work with the living system in a slow, attentive, and loving way to bring overwhelmed or traumatized pieces into a space where they can be loved, held, and experienced from a centered space.

This system recognizes and supports that human beings thrive by regularly experiencing states of ecstasy, bliss, surrender, divine connection, and wild freedom.

The core values of VITA™ Coaching are based on the belief that sexuality is sacred, beautiful, powerful, and natural; pure love is the primary force that sustains us, and meaningful relationships are necessary for a joyful life.

We work from a basic understanding that all of us are sensual beings with a tremendous capacity for love and connection.

We celebrate our sensual nature and live authentically by choosing love over fear while embracing both with compassion.

The transformation occurs not from trying to be something different than we are, but by gently integrating the blockages, fears, and contractions around our sexuality, hearts, and relationships to reveal the wholeness and health that is our birthright.

Everyone desires more potent, lasting love. Everyone desires relationships based on trust and real intimacy. But hardly anyone knows the effective and practical tools to get there.

The key to this amazing transformational work IS IN YOUR BODY

We experience life through our bodies and senses, and if we want to feel more integrated and healed, the body needs to be intentionally engaged in the process.

During coaching embodiment sessions, we engage thinking, feeling, sensing, intuiting and actions.

We learn to tune into our body, to listen and relate, as we pay attention to sensations and internal wisdom. We tune into what is called the BodyMind.

Through the body, layers of healing, empowerment, and liberation are possible.

Once you understand that trauma is stored in the body, and as such can be healed with a bottom-up approach, you can feel hope and excitement again. Releasing trauma and blocks opens the body to higher states of experiencing pleasure.

It is remarkable how the body communicates. With a sense of curiosity and present moment awareness, we feel into the body, ready to listen to the messages it has to share.

We hear and hold these messages with love and compassion. We learn to listen to your body-mind’s needs, and from that awareness we do integration processes that will profoundly heal those past wounds, the rejected or neglected parts of us that are screaming for attention, affection and protection.

Once you are able to be more present with your body, you are familiar with so many different pieces of your body-mind – and all the consciousness they have – we keep healing, integrating and empowering the parts that come up so that you can achieve your goals and desires.

You’ll notice that the messages from your deeper intuition, from your body-mind wisdom, are really aligned with your soul’s purposes, and together we’ll create the appropriate inner ecology that will allow you to thrive.

It’s my greatest desire that everyone has the opportunity to reconnect with their sexuality in the most loving and authentic way that is possible and available to all of us, regardless of your upbringing, social conditioning, false truths, or traumatic experiences.

Because pleasure is a key aspect of our embodiment journey, you’ll also learn beautiful and inspiring ways to reconnect with your sensuality and sexuality from a place of power, agency, potency and divine inspiration.

You’ll learn Sacred Sexuality embodiment approaches that are based on Tao and Tantric Traditions, and you will understand how sexual empowerment is the missing piece towards a fully thriving life.

This starts the session off with high vibrational emotions. We do this in every session. What this practice does is start to get you to focus on what is really going well in you life rather than what’s wrong, which is what most people focus on. This will to to rewire your thought patterns to a more positive outlook.
