After you complete the 4 foundational sessions, you have the option to meet with me in person in my Saratoga Springs, NY office.
Coaching & Bodywork Fusion
The session flow would be the same as the online sessions with the added support and healing frequency of energetic touch, massage therapy or yoga instruction. I am a licensed massage therapist, biodynamic craniosacral therapist and yoga teacher.
Keep in mind, if we are doing a somatic coaching session, such as aspecting with the Inner Child, there will be more focus on that than the “massage”.
