This is perfect for someone who just wants to download what’s going on in their life that is causing them problems, while receiving some form of bodywork. This can include Biodynamic CranioSacral Therapy, Energywork, Blissful Head Massage, Yoga, Yoga Nidra, or Guided Embodiment Practices..

Three Month Coaching Journey
Four sessions per month for three months.
In-between session support is provided by text and voice recording.
“HomePlay” practices will be given. These are the game changers!

Four sessions in 30 days.
Infuse your life with greater support, navigate a new goal or challenge, and preserve your progress.
In-between session support offered as well.

10-Session vrtual punch card
This option is available for clients who have completed a 3-month package. You invest in 10 sessions upfront and use them within one year at a pace that works best for you.
You may even use these to add to your 3 month package for more support.

About my coaching
I offer both online and in-person coaching sessions.
In- person sessions are located in Saratoga Springs NY, 12866.
They are usually 90 minutes long.
The first 2 sessions are all about getting to know you and “desire mapping”. Creating the intentions for our work together.
Then the deeper processes will happen during the next 10 sessions that are part of the three month coaching package.

Introductory offer for 2025 - $150 per session
In person sessions can include, if you desire, hands on work, such as biodynamic craniosacral therapy and energy work, along with the coaching content. This is done on a massage therapy table.
